Reedy 8:11 Series -Rnd 4

In what is becoming a regular 8-11 feature old man Drescher managed to secure another TQ and win at the Talywain round followed closely by Old Dave Bailey in 2nd place. Not to be outdone by his older Peers Boot camp youngster Matt Lawrence put in a startling performance to qualify second and finish 3rd overall. A awesome drive for Matt and great result. The new parts are making a huge difference to all the teams results and are very excited to hear the latest news about the highly polished 8.2 version soon to be released. The upgrades are good but the 8.2 will be amazing. If the old boys can drive it then we are convinced the young guns will LOVE it. Drescher turned on some old fashioned flair to lap the entire field with his smoooooooooth Reedy VR-ST power plant and sweet handling ride. Drescher was chuffed to bits with his win at the weekend and said, "my car has never been so good". Bailey who chased hard up front said in the post race press conference "I could fall asleep driving the new car because its so easy and effortless to drive." Some might think he did half way through? Young gun and sharp shooter Lawrence declared that he wanted to give the old boys some glory after all the hard work they put in...Cheeky bugger. Not only did CML have 4 AE cars in the final but 5 HoBao Hyper Star cars also made the show. Jon Howells heading up the teams efforts with a 4th overall for his weekends efforts. Booth and Owen did it again and made another 8-11 A final. Great drives by both youngsters. CML are very proud of there young drivers and you can expect to hear more about all these guys throughout the year. Watch out for driver schools and Mechanic workshops coming to your tracks soon.
