Podiums for Reedy M3 at Newbury National
Mark Stiles & Tim Wood drove their Reedy M3 powered cars to podium positions at the Newbury 1/12 National last weekend.
Saturday saw the ultra-competitive 10.5 stock class being closely contested by a lot of top drivers. After a frought 8 minute A final, Mark Stiles finished 2nd and on the podium with his Reedy powered Yokomo. Reedy/CML team-mate Tim Wood grabbed 4th overall - his best result to date in the class.
Sunday saw classes switch to Modified and Sports 10.5. Unfortunately Mark caught a bug overnight so was unwell on the Sunday, however Tim drove to a nice podium - 3rd Overall in Sports.
The final national is in 4 weeks at MB Raceway in Leeds. Tim's Reedy M3 SS powered car currently leads the Sports championship, but it is all down to the final round!
