Podium for Wood & Savox
Round 5 of the 1/8th Circuit Nationals took place at the new Adur track near Brighton last weekend. Once again Savox servos were proving their outstanding performance on what is a technical and challenging circuit.
Following Tim Wood's string of good results with the servos, Adur would prove to be no exception. Having qualified 3rd, the Savox powered car immediately leapt to second at the start. Unfortunately whilst chasing the leader, a stone on the circuit sent the car spinning and down to 6th. A race long fight-back effort saw a 3rd place finish the reward.
The popularity of the servos is becoming widespread in the 1/8 Circuit class due to their superior performance and reliability, as well as Tim's strong results. Indeed, 4 of the A-final cars at Adur were powered by Savox! - Let the revolution continue.
