The Syma X5SC Explorer quadcopter and it's bigger, badder brother, the X8C Venture are now available in black.
These popular drones share many of the same features, their main difference being the smaller X5SC is around 30cm wide while the X8C is 50cm wide and twice as high. Both quads pack a mounted HD camera capable of taking video and photographs and are supplied with a 4 channel 2.4Ghz radio system, reducing interference between other high flyers.
Under the hood is Syma's 6 axis direction stabilising gyro allowing an experienced pilot to perform 3D rolls and unlimited aerial maneuvers. For novice drone users, a headless function is available, allowing them to pilot the quadcopter from their own position rather than having to remember which way the drone is facing.
Kitted out with flashing LED lights for night flying and blade protectors to prevent crash damage, the Syma drones are a great price for those looking for their first fyling experience.
