HyperStar & RB Rule the Roost at Inter-Club Challenge
The HoBao HyperStar is warming up to be a real challenger on the 1/8th scene.
Spread around the clubs of Frankley, Coventry and Stoke tracks the Inter-Club Challenge was a competitive 3 date series attracting the best of the midlands and north west 1/8th off road drivers.
The multi-surface Stoke venue hosted the final round where Neil Cragg warmed up for the upcoming 2011 season with a solid win with his Reedy/Byron powered Team Associated RC8.
Round winners on the day John, Neil and Graham.
In the overall standings, RB Concept were dominant with RB engines taking 1st and 2nd overall with Graham Alsop and Jon Howells.
Young Team HoBao member Mitchell Booth took the overall top Junior title with his HoBao HyperStar/RB LTD3/Byron combination, while the CML/HoBao team faired superbly putting four of the new HyperStar chassis' straight into the A Final at the final round.
