Technical Advice Customer Service/Returns Processing

Interested in carving a career in the RC Hobby? CML distribution has a position within their team for an enthusiastic, self-motivated staff member capable of handling a number of challenging and varied roles. 

 

Roles will include

  • Processing of product returns from dealers and end users to a satisfactory conclusion in terms of repair, replacement, warranty etc.
  • Technical assistance and advise on CML product issues/problem solving
  • Dialogue with suppliers on warranty procedures, product issues and returns
  • Maintaining online sales of old discontinued stock and scratch and dent product

The successful candidate would require common sense in abundance! Good communication skills both verbal and written. A willingness to be flexible and multi-task more than one job at a time. They should be able to follow direction, while being able to work efficiently by themselves when required.

Good computer skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel preferable for online department record maintenance and logs.

Knowledge of RC products a must, preferably across the sectors of air and surface, electric and nitro as you will be dealing with a wide spectrum of different products and resulting technical questions and potential issues.
