After 3 tough rounds of qualifying it was young Ryan Edwards driving his Yokomo BD car who snatched the pole position away from Darius Walker in the final heat of the final round. Ryan taking the top spot by less than a second. In fact the times were really close within the top 10, and at the end of the qualifying sessions the 10th place qualifier was less than 9 seconds away from pole. As it was the fastest 8 who made it in to the main final were.. 1st Ryan Edwards (Yokomo) 2nd Darius Walker 3rd Ian Wittingham (Yokomo) 4th Andrew Robson (Associated) 5th Adam Meakin 6th Colin Price 7th David Ward (Associated) 8th Chris Ashton Unkucky man in 9th was Rob Hughes who missed out by 8/10th of a second... TQ man in 13.5 was Warren Jones in front Nick Turner. The first final it was pole man Ryan who took the win from Yokomo team mate Ian Wittingham and Andrew Robson. The second final was a win for Colin Price from Chris Ashton and Andrew Robson 3rd. These results gave Ryan the overall win from Colin Price and Andrew Robson in 3rd. A great result for the young Yokomo driver in front of a high quality field.
