Centro C4.1 is the Best

Centro C4.1 is the Best

The Centro C4.1 finishes the season in style with TQ and win, and also seals the top three spots in the BRCA 2wd national championships.

Southport was the venue for the sixth and final round of the series and fresh from his pole position at the recent World Championships, Neil Cragg dominated qualifying to out his Associated B4.1 based mid-motored Centro at the front of the field. Joining Neil in the top ten with development C4.1?s were team-mates Paul Bradby, Tom Yardy and Richard Lowe. There was some close racing in the finals with Tom and Neil winning legs 1 and 2 respectively leaving it down to the final leg. Neil made the most of his front row slot to take the leg and the overall win. This result ended a great season for Neil where he has regained his electric race form and once more become the British 2wd National Champion. To cap off a great year for the upcoming Associated/CML Centro car, Paul Bradby took a very close second with Tom Yardy achieving his best ever finish in third place. Completing an excellent weekend for the team on Sunday in the 4wd event Neil also took the top qualifier spot and sealed the win with his Associated B44.1. In fact the B44.1 seemed to be the car to have with a total of six making the A final. Congratulations to Neil and good luck to the team for next weeks European Championships.
