Academy Line UP Confirmed

The Associated Academy will feature four drivers and the aim is to give help and guidance to drivers who the team feel would benefit from working closely with the senior more experienced members of the team, the programme does not officially start until the first BRCA tarmac national later in the year, but the Ardent event offered a chance for everyone to get together for the first time. Judy Walker, Kyle Gardner, Ross Walker (no relation to Judy) and Ben Putt are the lucky recipients of a place in the academy for 2011, the juniors will pit alongside the main team and for each national event a senior driver will be allocated as a mentor for that particular junior at that race, the aim is to assist in all areas of racing including car build and set up, plus driver tuition.
